New generation of digital CNC systems developed by Mehatronika company is intended for any type of metal cutting machine tools.

The MNC-series CNC systems are based on integration of three main tasks of machine control: trajectory generation, drive control, PLC.

Mehatronika company took part at the annual international exhibition “Metalloobrabotka 2016” where demonstrated it’s product line and main features of the developed CNC system.

On the exhibition booth were shown whole power line of MTDrive amplifiers (from 1 to 45kW), MNC-410 and MNC-800 CNC systems, operator’s panels, actual user and technological software

The R&D company Mehatronika and MTE Kovosvit MAS collaboration result, the first 5-axis machine center MCV1000 5AX (MTE Kovosvit MAS) with Russian CNC system (Mehatronika) with full-value 5-axis machining technology, became the exhibition’s one of the main events.

The machining center was introduced at MTE Kovosvit MAS booth and attracted the attention of the leading Russian engineering companies.

Turbine blade part machining was successfully executed using continuous 5-axis interpolation.

The experiment was made within the project of manufacturing of modern metal cutting machines with Russian CNC system for domestic engineering companies.
